Strans Engineering's leadership has 40 years of in-house design experience and 30 years with NYSDOT as a design supervisor in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, and Environmental Planning. Strans Engineering can navigate all the regulatory permitting, code requirements, and processes at all levels of government. We have expertise in asset management and condition assessments to ensure the "state of good repair" and determine capital programming and annual budget expenditures.
